Why do CS and Product teams often talk past each other? In this Bagel Talk session, Bagel AI CEO Ohad Biron and Obrela’s Guy Galon unpack the real root of the misalignment and how AI is changing the game. From late-stage churn to feature prioritization, they reveal how shared metrics and automated insights can rebuild trust and drive business impact.

Every missed customer signal is a missed opportunity. In today’s noisy, multi-channel world, product feedback is everywhere—but the insights that matter most are often hidden in the chaos. This article dives deep into the emerging product feedback trends shaping 2025 and beyond, and how Bagel AI helps product teams surface the signals that lead to retention, revenue, and roadmap clarity.

Too much feedback, too little clarity. Product teams are constantly bombarded with requests, insights, and frustrations—spread across tools like Zendesk, Gong, Slack, and Salesforce. It sounds like a goldmine of insight, but it ends up a black hole of disconnection.

The result? Missed opportunities, misaligned priorities, and hours wasted trying to tag, organize, and interpret what customers are really saying. It’s not that feedback isn’t available—it’s that it’s buried, fragmented, and nearly impossible to act on in real time without the right system.

This is where a modern product feedback analytics tool comes in. One that doesn’t just centralize feedback—but turns it into a strategic weapon.

Product management isn’t just about building features. It’s about navigating tough conversations, aligning cross-functional teams, and making the right calls under pressure. This article explores how a communication mindset rooted in honesty and clarity can turn tension into traction.
